Information and communication technology (ICT) and education in Afghanistan

Abstract

The applications of ICT tools at basic and higher educational institutions in the developed world are briefly discussed in this paper. In contrast, the main problems of the educational institutions in Afghanistan are highlighted and we then investigate ways of introducing the best practices of ICT at the educational institutions in Afghanistan. Throughout the world, ICT skills are learned at Educational institutions, and the people of Afghanistan will have to follow the same path.
