Abstract

Increasingly managers are expected to become "people developers", and more training is ongoing and takes place through projects undertaken at work. This collection of 36 training activities is designed to help senior managers identify "blockages" to performance of individuals, and address them through interactive exercises. The book aims to pinpoint key needs and each activity includes step-by-step instructions on how to prepare and run the exercises, accompanied by photocopiable masters of any handouts or other material needed by participants.
